{"id":1989,"date":"2024-01-11T12:24:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-11T11:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ais-info.org\/comunicat-sobre-lus-de-pantalles-i-entreteniment-digital\/"},"modified":"2024-02-07T13:24:11","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T12:24:11","slug":"comunicat-sobre-lus-de-pantalles-i-entreteniment-digital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ais-info.org\/ca\/comunicat-sobre-lus-de-pantalles-i-entreteniment-digital\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicat sobre l&#8217;\u00fas de pantalles i entreteniment digital"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\">[vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]En els darrers mesos, s&#8217;ha observat un augment de la preocupaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;\u00fas de pantalles i la salut mental dels joves entre les fam\u00edlies, la comunitat educativa i alguns sectors socials.<\/p>\n<p>A causa d&#8217;aix\u00f2, AIS juntament amb altres professionals de la salut mental infantil, juvenil i adulta, experts en addiccions comportamentals, hem publicat un <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/comunicatusdepantalles\/inici?authuser=0\">manifest<\/a> sobre el nostre posicionament davant d&#8217;aquesta problem\u00e0tica:<\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">L\u2019increment de problemes relacionats amb la\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">salut mental<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0dels infants i joves ha estat generat per moltes causes i, per tant, la seva conceptualitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">complexa\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">i va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019efecte nociu que s\u2019atribueix a les pantalles.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"2\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Cal reflexionar sobre la\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">sobredigitalitzaci\u00f3 de la societat<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0en\u00a0 general. L\u2019\u00fas excessiu de pantalles no \u00e9s un fenomen exclusiu d\u2019infants i joves. Els adults, tenen un paper clau com agents socialitzadors, principalment en l\u2019entorn familiar, i l\u2019\u00fas que fan de les pantalles pot tenir un impacte protector, o al contrari, suposar un factor de risc per als menors amb qui conviuen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"3\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Les Tecnologies de l&#8217;Informaci\u00f3 i la Comunicaci\u00f3 (TIC) s\u00f3n una eina molt important de comunicaci\u00f3 i aprenentatge per\u00f2\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">cal regular-ne el seu \u00fas<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0per tal que no interfereixin en el desenvolupament de l\u2019infant i adolescent. L\u2019<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0ha de guiar les accions que ajudin a reduir el possible impacte negatiu que tinguin les TIC. No hi ha evid\u00e8ncies cient\u00edfiques que arribin a conclusions robustes de causalitat,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00e9s m\u00e9s ajustat parlar de grups de risc, usos de risc o inadequats<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"4\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">No tots els continguts accessibles des de les TIC tenen un efecte perjudicial.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Els principals temes que s\u2019han vist relacionats amb problemes de salut mental tenen a veure amb l\u2019ab\u00fas de videojocs, el ciberassetjament, la pornografia, el joc d\u2019atzar, l\u2019acc\u00e9s a informaci\u00f3 no adequada a l\u2019edat, i contingut inadequat o que promogui conductes perjudicials (conductes su\u00efcides, trastorns de conducta alimentaria, \u2026).\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Cal buscar solucions concretes per cada un d\u2019ells<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"5\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">En relaci\u00f3 a l\u2019edat d\u2019inici,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">s\u2019han de respectar recomanacions per edat ja existents<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">: tot i que l\u2019edat no sembla la \u00fanica dada significativa a l\u2019hora de regular l&#8217;\u00fas de pantalles, cal recordar que tant les l\u00ednies de telefonia m\u00f2bil com les APP tenen establert un m\u00ednim d\u2019edat legal. Tamb\u00e9 existeixen altres recomanacions que \u00e9s important seguir (no pantalles a la primera inf\u00e0ncia, PEGI per videojocs, edats de les pel\u00b7l\u00edcules, \u2026).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"6\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00c9s imprescindible promoure un\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">model d\u2019acompanyament digital<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">: Un model restrictiu o prohibitiu no fomenta l\u2019aprenentatge ni genera canvis de conducta. Al posar el focus en la prohibici\u00f3 per edats correm el risc de deixar de donar import\u00e0ncia al que realment ha demostrat tenir m\u00e9s impacte (entre d\u2019altres: models adequats de consum, habilitats digitals, recorregut d\u2019acc\u00e9s a les TIC, limitaci\u00f3 de continguts i temps, activitats d\u2019oci presencial, &#8230;). Per aconseguir un \u00fas adequat de les pantalles \u00e9s imprescindible que la poblaci\u00f3 (infants, adolescents i adults) disposi d\u2019habilitats digitals adequades. En aquest sentit proposem incloure l\u2019\u00fas saludable de pantalles com a un dels temes en els plans docents abans de 1er d\u2019ESO<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"7\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">El<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0recorregut<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0d\u2019acc\u00e9s als entorns digitals sempre ha de ser\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">supervisat i acompanyat<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">:\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">L\u2019acc\u00e9s a les TIC ha de ser progressiu, guiat i supervisat<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0respectant les edats recomanades d\u2019\u00fas i tenint en compte la maduresa del menor i les necessitats de cada cas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"8\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Les institucions p\u00fabliques han de garantir la implementaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">codi \u00e8tic per part de la ind\u00fastria tecnol\u00f2gica<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">, que impliqui la revisi\u00f3 de la legislaci\u00f3 actual. L\u2019esmentat codi, amb finalitat preventiva,\u00a0 ha de permetre impedir l\u2019\u00fas de t\u00e8cniques i estrat\u00e8gies susceptibles de generar problemes de salut mental i addicci\u00f3. La revisi\u00f3 a la que es fa refer\u00e8ncia ha d\u2019incloure videojocs, xarxes socials, plataformes\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">d\u2019ecommerce<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0i la resta d\u2019aplicacions i programari amb el que interactua l\u2019usuari.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"9\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00c9s necessari tamb\u00e9 instar les empreses de telefonia i a les empreses creadores de continguts a adoptar un conjunt de\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">mesures de control<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">, que incloguin recomanacions per edat i limitacions d&#8217;\u00fas amb m\u00e8todes de verificaci\u00f3 efica\u00e7os aix\u00ed com mesures de\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">bones pr\u00e0ctiques\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">que contribueixin a un \u00fas saludable d\u2019aquests dispositius.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \" start=\"10\">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Considerem necessari que l\u2019<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">administraci\u00f3 es posicioni amb claredat respecte a l\u2019\u00fas de les TIC.<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0La poblaci\u00f3 en general i el sector educatiu necessita respostes orientatives i pol\u00edtiques coherents que protegeixin la salut dels infants, adolescents i joves.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Per tot l\u2019esmentat anteriorment,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">reclamem<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0els seg\u00fcents punts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf \">\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Que l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 constitueixi un\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">grup interdisciplinari d\u2019experts assessor\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">al servei de les institucions per donar resposta a les necessitats de la poblaci\u00f3.<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Que es potenci\u00ed la<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0recerca<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0afavorint que les administracions destinin una part dels pressupostos per a la investigaci\u00f3 en aquest \u00e0mbit.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Que les administracions p\u00fabliques<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">realitzin\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">campanyes preventives<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">\u00a0informant sobre els efectes de l\u2019\u00fas inadequat de les TIC i en promoguin un \u00fas saludable, amb especial atenci\u00f3 als grups de risc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d lsiHE \" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Que es destinin recursos per a la\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">formaci\u00f3 d\u2019<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies digitals\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">a disposici\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies, docents i altres professionals en contacte amb infants i adolescents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Es pot consultar el manifest, les entitats participants, les entitats adherides i la bibliografia complement\u00e0ria <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/comunicatusdepantalles\/inici?authuser=0\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:25px;\"><\/div>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;1961&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]En els darrers mesos, s&#8217;ha observat un augment de la preocupaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;\u00fas de pantalles i la salut mental dels joves entre les fam\u00edlies, la comunitat educativa i alguns sectors socials.
